Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Henry Rose fragrance, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all full-size products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sample sets and individual discovery vials are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
